1. Purpose of These Rules
TeenChatHouse.com is intended to provide a safer, moderated environment for teens to communicate. These Chat Rules and Community Guidelines exist to protect users, promote respectful interaction, and prevent abuse.
By accessing or using the chat services, you agree to follow these rules in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Age Restrictions and Teen Rooms
Teen-designated rooms are strictly for users within the permitted teen age range. Adults are not allowed to participate in teen rooms under any circumstances.
Any user found to be misrepresenting their age, attempting to interact with minors inappropriately, or accessing teen rooms as an adult will be immediately removed.
3. Zero Tolerance for Predatory Behavior
TeenChatHouse.com has a zero-tolerance policy for predatory behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sexual comments, jokes, or discussions involving minors
- Grooming behavior or attempts to build sexual or romantic relationships
- Requests for photos, videos, or live calls
- Requests for private contact information (phone numbers, social media, messaging apps)
- Attempts to move conversations off the platform
Users engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned and may be reported to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as required or permitted by law.
4. COPPA and Child Privacy Notice
TeenChatHouse.com complies with applicable requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent where required by law.
Users are prohibited from sharing personal information in chat, including real names, addresses, phone numbers, school names, social media accounts, or other identifying details.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has shared personal information may contact us to request review or removal, subject to safety and legal obligations.
5. Acceptable Behavior
Users are expected to:
- Be respectful toward others

TeenChatHouse.com uses a combination of human moderation and technical safeguards to help enforce these rules.
While moderators actively respond to reports and visible violations, it is not possible to review every message in real time. Users are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior immediately.
8. Enforcement Actions
Violations of these rules may result in:

- Message removal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent bans
- IP or network-level blocks
- Referral to appropriate authorities
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion and may be taken without prior notice.
9. Reporting Violations
Users should report violations using the available reporting tools or by contacting us directly. Reports should include usernames, timestamps, and a description of the behavior when possible.
Reporting unsafe behavior helps keep the community safer for everyone.
10. No Expectation of Absolute Safety
While we take reasonable steps to moderate the platform, no online service can guarantee complete prevention of misconduct. Users and parents should remain aware of online risks and exercise caution.
